Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their BG Sports Agent account and personal information associated with that account.

To request deletion, contact BG Sports Agency using the email address listed below and include the email address associated with your BG Sports Agent account.

What to Include

To help us locate and verify your account, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your BG Sports Agent account
• A statement that you are requesting deletion of your BG Sports Agent account

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that the person requesting deletion is the account owner or an authorized parent, guardian, or representative.

What Will Be Deleted

After a valid account deletion request is confirmed, information associated with the BG Sports Agent account may be deleted or de-identified, including:

• User profile information
• Account credentials and account access information
• Athlete or client profile information associated solely with the account
• Application preferences
• Messages or communications where deletion is technically and legally permitted
• Other personal information that is no longer required to operate or administer the account

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained after account deletion when retention is reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

Information that must be retained will only be retained for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose and will no longer be used to provide an active BG Sports Agent account.

Minor Athlete Accounts

If an account or profile relates to an athlete under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian may submit a deletion request on the athlete's behalf.

BG Sports Agency may request information necessary to verify the identity and authority of the parent or legal guardian before completing the request.

Processing Your Request

Once a valid deletion request has been received and verified, BG Sports Agency will begin processing the request within a reasonable period of time.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, system logs, or security records until those records are overwritten or deleted through normal system processes.
